Even though I drew this five months ago, I didn't get a scan of it until last week (and I would have posted it then if I hadn't gone on a trip). I had taken a couple of pictures of this while at FC, but they were either blurry or overexposed. So anyway, it's here now. I didn't spend a ton of time on this, and it's not a great drawing, but it's kinda cute.
So, basically, I drew this at FC for a friend, though really more like a friend of a friend. Clarence convinced me to draw my character in Cannon's sketch book. As a reward, I had to wait months to get a scan, and I've never even heard Cannon mention my drawing. This is the straw that broke the camel's back on my furry convention art trading perspective. I look back and think of pictures I've drawn in other people's books that they may not have even wanted. From now on, I'm not drawing in anyone's book unless the owner wants a drawing from me specifically, and I'm only drawing a subject they specifically ask for. Otherwise, I'm just wasting my time and I could be drawing in one of my own books or something. You know, where I can actually take the finished work and post it within a reasonable timeframe. Nevertheless, thanks to Clarence for finally getting me this scan.
